Cancellation & Refund Policy
Since LeadXverse deals with digital products (verified leads, data sheets, and reports), once the product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
However, refunds will be considered under the following conditions:
If the customer accidentally makes duplicate payments.
If the data file is not delivered within 48 hours of payment.
If there is a technical issue from our end preventing access to your product.
Refund requests must be sent to Leadxverse.contact@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase, including your Order ID, Email, and Payment Screenshot.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
We do not entertain refunds for:
Wrong or mistaken purchases.
Change of mind after receiving the data.
Misuse or sharing of purchased data.
